What’s Included in Your Vibrational Bubble?

First of all, what is a Vibrational Bubble? There are several terms used to describe it including: Aura, Biometric Field, Bio Magnetic Field and so on. It’s something we all have and can be as close to us as a few millimetres and as far away as nine meters or more and it consists of pure energy.

Source: Google. Copyright: Michael J Losier

Your Vibrational Bubble, a term coined by Michael Losier, isn’t inactive or passive, it’s constantly moving, shifting, waxing and waning as it reacts to your own personal vibrations of either negativity or positivity.

Quantum Energy vibrates, and the speed of the vibrations determine the visibility and solidity of any object. For example, air is invisible because it vibrates at a very high – or fast – frequency, whereas a rock vibrates at a much lower – or slower – frequency and is, therefore, more solid. We are somewhere in between, as we have both seen and unseen elements – our bodies and our Minds, for example.

What we focus on, give attention too, is closest to us and therefore is included within our Vibrational Bubbles. This includes all our thoughts, feelings, moods, desires, goals and so on. Everything else is outside our Vibrational Bubble and, therefore, has no direct effect on us – unless we allow it into our Bubble!

That means every time you have a positive thought and start to take positive action in line with that, that’s included in your Bubble. However, the same goes for anything negative. Why is this important? Because the definition of the Law of Attraction states: “Whatever you give your Time, Energy or Focus to, you will attract more of, whether Positive or Negative.” This is where many get confused.

Most people believe all you have to do is think positive and great things will happen, you’ll manifest your Desires and so on, however many people get frustrated because those Desires are not manifested in spite of all the apparent positivity in their lives. I know, because that was me until 7 months ago.

In his book “Law of Attraction”, Michael Losier explains:

“This happens because they are sending a negative vibe non-deliberately simply through their observation of what they are currently getting.”

How does that work? Let’s say you are trying to attract a better job, more pay and improved conditions than where you currently are. If you are telling yourself, or others, how much you dislike working where you are and you can’t see how it will improve etc, the Law of Attraction will respond by giving you more of the same. It doesn’t know you want better at that point, because you are focusing – or observing – on what you currently have.

What can you do to change that? In this scenario, as part of your positive thinking and action strategies, which you are including in your Vibrational Bubble every time you read your Desire and Allowing Statements, also view your current workplace in a more positive way. Imagine you’re in your ideal job with ideal pay and conditions. The Law of Attraction doesn’t know you’re Daydreaming or imagining, it only matches the vibrations you give off, tunes into those frequencies, and attracts more of what you want into your life.

So, include more of what you want in your Vibrational Bubble and less of what you don’t want.

So What do I Want?

Let’s face it, we all know what we don’t want, right? Yet when it comes to knowing what we do want, we tend to be a bit unsure. Wouldn’t it be nice to have some clarity on that?

If I said to you “List 10 things you don’t like about your current work”, you would most likely have that list ready in a few minutes! If I then said, “Now list 10 things you Like about your current work”, that would get you humming and ha-ing and it would probably take you twice as long, that’s if you even complete the list. That’s down to how our subconscious mind works, it’s easier to focus on the negative rather than the positive. Now obviously that isn’t the norm for everyone, there are always exceptions, but for the many it is indeed the case.

So, does that mean only a few will ever know for sure what they really want in life or business? Nope, because there is a way to shortcut that thinking, to kind of reverse engineer it so that you gain Clarity from your Contrast, your contrast being that which you don’t want.
Part of what I teach people is to do just that. A lot of the contrast we have in business, or life, has to do with three little words which, once eliminated, can produce a lot of clarity, help you gain certainty about what you really want to achieve. Those words are “Don’t”, “Not” and “No”. So, how does it work?

If you are saying things like “I don’t want unreliable clients” “No worries” “I’m not as successful as I would like to be” or similar, you are creating negative vibrations which the Law of Attraction is matching and thus, you get the Contrast you don’t want and not the Clarity or positive results you do want.

Now, some of you are reading this and a little voice is saying, how on earth do I eliminate Don’t, Not and No from my vocabulary, it’s impossible! To an extent that’s true, it’s more to do with how you use them. As you can see in the last paragraph, I used Don’t and Not, however not (there I go again) in a statement of intent.

There’s a very simple tool you can use to help you, at the very least, reduce the use of Don’t, Not and No and that is to ask “Well, what do I want?”. Immediately, as soon as you say that, the vibe changes and you start thinking in a more positive way as you contemplate a positive solution, thus gaining Clarity. Feels great, doesn’t it?

Now have some fun with it. Every time you catch yourself using Don’t, Not or No, ask yourself “Well, what do I want?” Like anything that’s practised, it will become automatic in time and you will have created a very useful habit helping you gain Clarity from your Contrast.

Why Is It Taking So Long? (Update #3)

If you’ve been applying the Law of Attraction in your life and don’t appear to be getting the results you expected or, indeed, appear to have gone backwards, then you’re not alone. I’ve been experiencing that over the last couple of months or so. However, it doesn’t mean that the process of Law of Attraction isn’t at work.

As Michael Losier teaches, Law of Attraction is working all the time, matching our vibrations and providing what we asked for, just maybe not in the way we thought. The clue is in the Job Description of the Law of Attraction. Do you remember what that is? I’ve just mentioned it above – Match Vibrations. That’s exactly what’s been happening.

Michael also clears this point up by saying that once we start using Law of Attraction in our lives, things immediately start to change. Whereas it appears we are going backwards at times, what is actually happening is that old stuff, which is no longer a match for us, is being discarded, let go, dropped out of our Vibration Bubble.

That could be in the form of a habit we suddenly change, people we no longer associate with or even a job that isn’t a match for us. In my case it’s been a Direct Sales company I was aligned with being put into administration and then discovering that Network Marketing, after almost 30 years, is perhaps not the right match for me after all. Shock to the system that was, let me tell you!

So, what has been happening which is a match then? Well, I’ve rediscovered my coaching and teaching skills – this blog is part of it – however even that’s taken a different direction to what I had been focusing on. I’ve had a major Insight into what exactly I want to teach and to whom - not going to reveal all right now but suffice to say I won’t be giving attention to the ‘Target Market’ I had been focusing on. Part of my Insight revealed that it’s not about the money, it’s about who I can serve best. Remove the focus from my financial situation and place my Attention on what really counts instead, that’s the message I received.

Another good point as to why I, and perhaps also yourselves, haven’t seen any really significant change in circumstances is that there’s a mega amount going on in the background, stuff I don’t see or realise. Pretty much just like a plant growing. You water it and nurture it for weeks and nothing seems to be happening, yet underneath the roots are growing and searching out nutrients and ‘rooting’ themselves in to make them stronger. Then, when the time is right, growth starts on the surface and the flowers start to appear and we enjoy the beauty of Nature.

In reality it’s only been a couple of months since I used the tools and techniques taught by Michael Losier to prevent my eviction. That was major because it was what I needed at that time. Now I’m in the strengthening phase and my roots are getting longer and stronger, feeding on the nutrients the Law of Attraction is matching and aligning me with – a bit like a top Nutritionist looking after the Health & Wellbeing of a professional athlete – and very soon I shall be sprouting with renewed vigour.

As will you, providing you don’t kill the plant by pulling it up to check if the roots are growing yet. =D

Until next time!

Being 100% Positive Actually Weakens You

Do you know how many thoughts we have every day? No, nor do I however scientists put it around one hundred thousand. What I can tell you is that 80% of those 100k thoughts are Negative! Yes, I said Negative! So, what chance have we got of being 100% Positive? Little to no chance and I'm not being negative by saying that, quite the opposite because we need to be negative at times, and here's why...

We have so many negative thoughts because it's the default setting within our subconscious minds. It comes from the days when we had to live our lives on full alert all the time to protect ourselves and those around us from wild beasts and marauding tribes. Negativity is well and truly integrated into our Fight or Flight system and we still need it.

Now I'm sure, like me, you've heard practically every Positive Thinking Expert or Guru say we should strive to be only Positive, to avoid newspapers, the TV news, Soaps, scary or violent movies, getting angry and more. Now admittedly those forms of entertainment or Media Input are not that beneficial however, just like junk food, they only do real harm if you're constantly feeding yourself with them.

For example, if you are on a weight reduction programme yet are having waffles and syrup for breakfast (or a Full English if you're in UK), then Burger and Fries for lunch and Pizza for your evening meal, then it's not going to work, is it? No, of course not! However, the odd occasional pizza, MacNuggetBurger and Fries etc is ok - especially as a treat!

Another example. Gold. Have you ever noticed that gold items are mostly 9 or 18 carat and very rarely - if ever - pure gold unless they're antique? Why do you think that is? The answer is quite simple; pure gold is too soft to work with efficiently, therefore nickel is added, or some other low grade metal, to make it easier and more robust to work with and enable the finished product to be worn for much longer.

So, when it comes to negativity the same kind of rule applies in a sense - we need to have some negativity in our lives to enable us to function efficiently otherwise we would be lopsided, imbalanced. Being 100% Positive would be Pollyanna on steroids and we wouldn't want that, would we?

As a last thought, Michael Losier says in his book, Law of Attraction, that it's OK to be negative - briefly. So, it's OK to have a quick rant or smash a plate (or laptop in my case!) or to be angry with a situation etc, so long as it's only for a brief time and then you get back on track.

How long is briefly? Michael says that depends on you and the situation. Some are negative for a few minutes, for others it could be a few years until they find closure or finish grieving. Point is, just don't stay negative because that's even more damaging than being 100% Positive!

Now you know why you can't be 100% Positive, however must we remain 80% Negative and only 20% Positive? No, we don't need that amount of negativity in our lives today, it no longer serves the same purpose. Using the Law of Attraction and other Positive Growth tools, you can reverse the 80/20 so that it becomes 80% Positive and 20% Negative, which creates a more balanced way of living as well as a more joyful life.

The Choice Is Yours And Yours Alone

So here I am, it's Bank Holiday in the UK, very warm and I have chosen to write this blog post. That's a conscious decision I've made.

We make decisions like that all day long about what to eat or wear, where to go, who to talk to and so on. We also make decisions unconsciously and these, too, are a choice. We choose to breathe. We choose to allow our hearts to beat and pump blood. When we eat we choose to swallow. These are all unconscious choices which we could also choose NOT to do, although that wouldn't be advisable!

The same goes for when we want to be prosperous. We choose actions which will either help or hinder us, depending on the route we take. For example I used to have certain views about being wealthy based on where I grew up and, later, on a certain religious ideology. I grew up in Belfast, Northern Ireland, during a time now better known as The Troubles. In my mind, based on TV reports, The Troubles were being supported by very wealthy business people supporting one side or the other through funding which was used to buy weapons and explosives which, in turn, was used to indiscriminately kill innocent people  - including children.

Later, when I got involved with a religious movement who were dead against materialism and really frowned on anyone wanting to become a success in what they termed The World, I bought into that way of thinking because of my experience growing up in Belfast. I used to even state that I hated money with a passion.

The result of these experiences, and others related to them, resulted in me obviously never having money for long. In one hand and out the other as quickly as possible. The only time I saved was when it was done for me and as soon as I had access to that, which amounted to about $3,000 at the time, it was gone withing a few weeks.

It was my choice to believe what I did, my choice to act as I did, my choice to self-sabotage myself all those years. Knowing what I know now do I regret those actions, beliefs and so on? No, those are my experiences and I've learned from them. Obviously it would be great to go back in time and rectify everything however, in all honesty, I'm not sure I would.

Prosperity is a choice and that brings me to this video where Randy Gage explains just that and which inspired me to write this post. Enjoy!

You Makes Your Choice

Back in 2014 I rediscovered Bob Proctor. I say rediscovered, truth is I had paid him only scant attention until then. Now if you don’t know who Bob Proctor is he is probably the world’s foremost Prosperity teacher and speaker. You really have to watch his videos on YouTube, the guy is amazing and he’s been teaching this stuff since the 1960s so he knows his onions.

His main teaching is how our thoughts can make or break us. He talks about how we can replace the Paradigms, or ingrained habits, which hold us back and stop us from achieving greatness, with new ones.

Scientists, and those who study such things, say that the first six years of our lives are the most formative, hence they call them, unsurprisingly, the Formative Years. They have discovered that up until the age of six we accept anything we’re told as truth and without question. We soak up information, whether correct or incorrect, like a sponge. It’s only after the age of six that we start to question whether something is true or not, wrong or right. That’s why we should always be careful about what we say and do around very young children.

In fact, I would go so far as to say we should be careful, especially vocally, what we say or how react when around our unborn children for it has been noted that babies developing in the womb react to sound in a positive or negative way.
Scientists who study child behaviour say that by the way a child reacts to situations after their first six years tends to determine not only the kind of person they are likely to develop into, but also what kind of job they’ll have and whether or not they’ll lead successful lives. Spooky stuff, right?

Obviously other factors, such as the environment we grow up in, the peer groups we associate with and personal experiences all add to the mix and add to our development and way of thinking.

All this will determine the choices we make in life and that is Bob Proctor’s point – it’s all about personal choice. No matter what situation we find ourselves in, no matter what kind of life we lead, no matter whether we are rich or poor, sick or healthy, somewhere along the line we all made personal conscious or subconscious choices leading to courses of action which culminate in the lives we now lead. Don’t get it? Let me explain it a little more.

Bob’s ‘Bible’ is the book “Think and Grow Rich” by Napoleon Hill and is the basis for all his teaching and one which I have read and listened to several times over the years along with many other books and audios along similar lines. I have also attended related workshops, seminars, webinars and what have you and yet I was still more or less back to where I started – not stinking rich but filthy poor, and not just in a material sense. I couldn’t understand it, why was I not making any real progress? Why wasn’t I living the abundant lifestyle I’d set out to achieve? It was beyond me.

I’m sure I’m not alone, I’m not the only frustrated positive thinking self-helper in this world. In fact, I’ll bet many, if not most, of you reading this book are asking the self-same questions. You’ve had the same or similar experiences as I’ve had over the years. Am I right?

As I’ve mentioned before, I’ve always been fascinated by the power of the mind, I wanted to know how it worked, how people could even heal themselves just by apparently thinking about it. I wanted to have that ‘power’ and use it to heal the world so we could all live in true peace and security and in harmony with each other. Whereas that may sound a bit idealistic, Pollyanna-ish and even naïve, it’s still at the root of why I want to help others to become so much more than they currently are.
As a result, from a very early age, I began to study people, became a People Watcher. I read books on psychology and anthropology and various philosophical works. I studied the Bible several times over the course of a 15-year period with Jehovah’s Witnesses, also delved into other religions and rounded all that off with some seriously deep thinking.

The conclusion? It is exactly as the wise King Solomon once wrote – “There is no new thing under the sun… for all is vanity.” I could no more straighten a crooked path or create something new than he could do even with all his great knowledge and wisdom. But, I have learned that we are not only individuals who occasionally do similar things, react in a similar way, we are also the makers of our own beds and each one of us is unique in the way we lie in them, in the choices we make. Let’s review an example of that in action.

Let’s say you go into work and on the staff notice board is notice of an internal vacancy for a managerial position. You decide to apply because you believe you have the right skill sets needed for the job and your knowledge of the company’s operating procedures is high. You’ve proved you’re a hard worker, a top performer, and you get on well with your colleagues and management. All-in-all you believe you fulfil the criteria the post requires.

Your application is accepted and you sail through the initial interviews and are short-listed. In fact, the senior management have even hinted that you are the favourite during the final interview stages. You’re feeling well chuffed, you reckon it’s in the bag, just a matter of formality before you’re offered the post, even your colleagues are starting to congratulate you and you even start planning what you will do with the extra money the post will bring. What could possibly go wrong?

King Solomon also wrote about Pride before a Fall because what happens next could be described as your Brexit moment, something totally unexpected. For no apparent reason you have a blow up with a colleague, an absolute Ding Dong that almost comes to blows and during which you both let loose some disparaging remarks which are deemed offensive. You both end up on a disciplinary and end up with blots on your copy books. Further, you know you can kiss goodbye to that managerial post which was at your fingertips.

Why did that happen? Why did (the hypothetical) you sabotage your own efforts when victory was so close? This is what I term as The Crab Mentality. Remember those crabs in a bucket I talked about earlier? This is the personal version. It’s not just those around us who can pull us back, even cut off our pincers, but we can subconsciously do it to ourselves too.

Let’s go back to your blow up. It’s irrelevant how it started or who was the first antagonist. What is relevant is how you reacted, how you CHOSE to react at that particular time. Upon reflection you know you could have, and should have, handled the situation differently either by ignoring the provocation or biting your tongue to prevent you from being the provocateur. However, you chose to take a course of action which led to you and your colleague being disciplined and you losing the promotion you wanted.

It’s then you realise that something like this happens every time you try to move forward in life, every time you try to escape the bucket, you feel you are pulled back in some way. You think Life’s unfair, not treating you right, and it’s always somebody (or something) else’s fault. You’re then disgruntled, another choice, and it affects your performance and you get put on a Performance Review and, before you know it, you’ve left that company for pastures new.

Does any of that have a familiar feel to it? It does to me because I was that hypothetical guy. Oh yes, my inner crab well and truly severed my pincers on that occasion! I had more or less got the post, was actually working in the role on a three-month probationary period when I had a fall out with my shift manager, just before my final interview. Needless to say that interview didn’t turn out so well.

And the cause of the blow out? Shift performance figures. I’d made a mistake in my hourly calculations and I went all defensive and let it get to me, blaming others for my lack of understanding. All I had to do was admit I didn’t have a clue, but I came from a point of weakness and tried to wing it instead, made a hash of it and a fool of myself. My anger was directed more at me than at my shift manager, although he played his part too.

I know I’m not the only one who has ruined their career chances in such a way. The news is full of celebrities, politicians and other note-worthies who have done something really stupid which has ended their career just as they were ‘getting famous’ or starting a new important or high profile role. President Bill Clinton and Monica, Boris Becker and the broom cupboard, George Michael and shop windows and a whole host more.

With all of us in that situation somewhere deep within our subconscious an event happened which was to have this seemingly everlasting effect and which is there solely to prevent us from being the success we consciously want, acting from a misguided form of protection.

The subconscious, remember, doesn’t know truth from untruth, fact from fiction, wrong from right. Like a computer it reacts upon the information given at any particular time and if that information says it has to take a certain form of action when a certain situation crops up, that’s exactly and dutifully what it will do. The irony is, we probably programmed it ourselves based on what we learned in those formative years or through personal experience in our peer groups and environment.

The question is, can anything be done to rectify this and the answer is yes. That’s the whole point of Bob Proctor’s teaching, to enable us to change those unwanted paradigms, replace them with more fortuitous ones, reprogram our subconscious minds. Then we can start enjoying the real life we were meant to have, the one the Good Books all talk about.

Doubts Are Creeping In

You know, there’s a difference between exercising patience and wondering if anything is happening. Since my big experience with Law of Attraction, where I attracted around £5,000 (approx. $7,000) in advice and actual funds to prevent my eviction, nothing major has happened.

I’ve attracted stuff, sure, but it’s all been small change, little things, pennies rather than Pounds or Dollars. I’ve attracted things like reduced priced products, free training via podcasts or YouTube, more Social Media interaction, a bargain or two – all bitty stuff in the whole scheme of things, which can be very discouraging.

I was expecting greater results, if I’m being honest, results which would provide definitive proof that I’m heading in the right direction. Proof that shouts out YES the Law of Attraction is dealing with my order, or orders in this case, and yet – next to diddly squat.

Then, I’m reminded of something I heard on a podcast, no longer remember which one, however I do remember this one point: Always be grateful for what you receive, regardless whether big or small. At least, that was the essence of the message. It also reminded me of what that great teacher, Jesus, also once said when he advised us to have Faith in both small and great things. Basically, both are saying the same thing.

If we are displaying gratitude for only the major stuff and disparaging the minor achievements, we are not doing ourselves any favours. Look at it this way.

We ask the Universe/Law of Attraction for more money. We see a penny lying on the path and we say to ourselves, “I’m not picking that up, that’s beneath me, I don’t need it.” Now, the Law of Attraction reacts to that by matching your vibration. At that particular moment in time you are giving off a negative vibration towards money, the Law of Attraction matches that and guess what? You don’t get more money in your life, your request is effectively denied.

By refusing the penny you are actually telling the Law of Attraction that you don’t want money. Don’t forget, the Law of Attraction doesn’t know it’s only a penny, it does know how you feel about money in that instance. So, you can imagine the Law of Attraction saying something like: “Hey, you asked for money, here’s money. You don’t want it? OK, you don’t want money, your wish is my command!” And it obeys, because the Law of Attraction is very obedient, it always obeys the Vibes you give out.
© Jez Sadler 2018

So, yes, I’m not attracting the major stuff I’ve asked for, however I am very grateful for all the little things I am attracting along the way. I use the Abundance Journal to record all my Attractions on a daily basis and then I write them out and express gratitude for them in my Daily Journal. It’s actually amazing what you can uncover to be grateful for, once you start thinking about all the things that have happened throughout your day such as: finding that ideal parking space, getting a 50% discount on a shopping item, a smile from a grumpy neighbour, getting a seat on a crowded train – all evidence that the Law of Attraction is working on your behalf.

Yes doubts are creeping in, they always do with me because I’m results oriented. I like to see constant results and I do start to wonder, when there are no apparent indications that I’m on the right track, if I am indeed doing the right thing. Part of being human I guess.

However all proof, small or otherwise, is evidence that the Law of Attraction is working on my behalf and that helps to dispel the doubts. Doubts are conquered by proof, but we have to look for that proof – sometimes with a magnifying glass!

Humility with Swag!

Is Your House A Happy One?

By that question I’m not referring to where you live, although that could also contribute. No, I’m talking about the ‘House of your Mind’, how happy are you inside that particular dwelling?

We all get plagued by negative thoughts, in fact over 80% of our thoughts are negative, and many of us spend a lot of time ‘cleaning’ our houses, doing what we can to rid ourselves of those unwanted ‘tenants’. However, what are we replacing them with?

The illustration I use in this short video is the one the Great Teacher spoke of in the Scriptures, where he asked what happens when we rid ourselves of our ‘demons’ and we leave the ‘house’ empty. Well, those evicted demons come back with all their squatter friends and take up residence once more, only this time there’s lots more of them and they’re creating even more havoc in our lives.

The solution? Once you’ve cleaned your house, evicted those unwanted tenants, get your ideal tenants in ASAP! Only accept positive thoughts, feelings and beliefs. And if a Neggy Tenant shows up? Call the Bailiffs!

I Attracted This

It's not a great big win, but a win nonetheless. I attracted this last month, shortly after I learned how to write Desire Statements.
Thing is, I only wrote my Desire Statement the night before on the Friday. That's how quick the Law of Attraction can work.
I'll cover how to write Desire Statements in another post soon. 😁

Mirror Talk

Mirror, mirror on the wall, who’s the fairest of them all?
Why you are, of course!

I AM – these two words have been stated as being the two most powerful words we can utter. The reason being everything else that comes after them will affect your present and your future either positively or negatively.
I AM at the start of a sentence denotes either a change or an affirmation is on the way.
EG the statement “I am always doing that” is often heard when someone makes a mistake, says or does something wrong and so on. That is an affirmation because you are affirming something which you have programmed your subconscious to accept. “I am enjoying (my life, day, food)” is also an affirmation, but of a more positive nature. We should, therefore, be careful what we say after I AM.

There are two more words which are every bit as powerful as I AM for what comes after them will determine how you react, what action you will take or how you feel. Those two words are YOU ARE.
Mostly 'YOU AREs' will be directed to you by a third party; someone says them to you, you read them in a personal text or email: “You are stupid!” “You are sexy.” “You are a prat!” “You are a legend!” and so on.
Depending on who says them and in what vein will determine what you do, say or feel next – again either positively or negatively. EG “You are worthless” will make you feel just that or you will react with anger to deny it. Whereas “You are sexy” will probably make you feel good and you will most likely agree!

“You are never going to amount to much” will weigh on our minds, subconsciously, especially if repeated often and that can last a lifetime and we can either strive to prove that statement wrong or affirm it. Most affirm it and their Self Esteem stays at a constantly low level. Such statements have a debilitating effect on our lives and go a long way to prevent us from achieving much from life. “You’ll never amount to much” becomes “I can’t do that, I AM not good enough”.
That’s how powerful YOU ARE is when it comes from someone else, but what if it comes from you? Will it have the same kind of effect or will our subconscious minds be able to differentiate the difference?
Well, try it and find out! Stand, or sit, in front of a mirror and say out loud to yourself:
You are stupid!
You are useless!
You are a numpty!
You are fat!
How does that make you feel? I’m betting not very good and maybe even a bit angry.
Now tell yourself:
You are successful in everything you do.
You are fantastic!
You are healthy in every way.
Now how does that make you feel? Better? I bet it does!
What you are doing is the same as when you use I AM – you are programming your subconscious mind into believing those statements, whether negative or positive. Your subconscious doesn’t know the difference between right or wrong, lie or truth – it just accepts everything as truth and acts accordingly.

If you program it with negative crap that’s how you will think and act. Vice versa if you program your subconscious with positive affirmations you will certainly feel the benefit of that. But that’s not all.
The Law of Attraction states that what you think of most is what you will attract. Therefore, if all you think about is soap opera style negativity, then that’s exactly what you will attract and experience. If, however, you are programming your subconscious with positive 'I AMs' and 'YOU AREs' you will overcome these negative thoughts and attract more positive influences into your life physically, spiritually or materially – possibly all three!
“You are what you think about all day long.” says Napoleon Hill in his book "Think and Grow Rich" and that is so true.
EG if you are constantly telling yourself that you are a sex abuser then eventually that’s what you’ll be. If you tell yourself that you’re highly successful then that’s what you’ll become. It’s the actions that follow these thoughts, of course, which lead to the conclusion of the original I AM or YOU ARE.
There is more to it than just saying I AM or YOU ARE, you need to create the behaviours and habits to make your 'I AMs' and 'YOU AREs' a reality, but it all starts with the original thoughts. Successful people in all walks of life know and employ this as part of their daily routines.
YOU ARE, therefore, is as powerful as I AM. A bit more work is involved, though, because you have to filter out the negative 'YOU AREs' thrust upon you by others, or yourself.
Mirror Talk Exercise
Try this exercise for 30 days and notice the changes in your thinking, acting and feeling. How has it affected your circumstances?
Every morning and evening stand/sit in front of a mirror and look yourself in the eyes whilst telling yourself (preferably out loud) how good you are with statements such as:
You are loved.
You are successful in all areas of your life.
You are always positive.
You are enjoying an abundance of health and wealth.
Make up your own but make them as specific to you and what you want to achieve as you can and keep them in the present tense. You could also reinforce them with a few positive 'I AMs' throughout the day.

Remember, you are what you are meant to be and what you are meant to be is better in every way.
